We come from gastronomy.

Over 20 years of operations, service, sourcing and crisis management in daily business. We know what customers need before they say it, and how a promise gets kept on delivery day. With Reway we carry that posture into online retail.

A small team, one clear remit

Reway is owner-led from Pieterlen. We are building a small, focused team that knows everything in-house: sourcing, warehouse, despatch, customer questions. Whoever speaks to us speaks to someone who'll check the next day's delivery themselves.

Pieterlen, canton of Bern

Our seat is in Pieterlen, in the western Swiss Plateau. From here we run warehouse and distribution for the whole of Switzerland, with short routes to the main logistics corridors and without the overhead of a city-centre address.

Over two decades in gastronomy have shaped our team. Shift rotas, fluctuating demand, last-minute sourcing, complaints on Sunday evenings: all of that teaches a kind of reliability that doesn't transmit through slides. Reway is the attempt to carry that posture into another market.
