Who we are
Four roles, a short line between question and answer.
Reway is owner-led from Pieterlen. Rather than a broad hierarchy, we distribute responsibility across four clearly defined roles — from management to customer service. Whoever speaks to us speaks to someone who knows the next day's delivery themselves.

Content development
M. Denis Balats
Based in the Netherlands, known as Deni in the team. Responsible for content development, the design system and search engine optimisation — from product descriptions to a structured search presence. Portrait in preparation.

Field service
S. Ates
Based in Zürich. Responsible for supplier and partner meetings, on-site visits and building long-term business relationships. Comes from the professional kitchen — a natural link to the gastronomy side of the house. Known as Sera in the team. Portrait in preparation.

From Pieterlen. Responsible for order intake, complaints handling and general enquiries — in German, French and English. Youngest voice on the team, quick-thinking, clear answers. Known as Havi in the team. Portrait in preparation.
